Susan Moy brings over a decade of experience in legal recruiting, operations and software management an to Shelton & Steele. Before joining Shelton & Steele, she served as Recruiting Coordinator at Rimon Law, one of the largest hybrid Brick & Mortar / Virtual Law Firms in the world. Susan worked directly with the Managing Partner, Chief Talent Officer and others while helping the firm double in size. Susan assisted with the recruitment of lateral partners and groups. She also worked with the firm's various software and AI programs to help streamline recruitment, onboarding and operations.

 

At Shelton & Steele, Susan serves as AI Manager, applying her operational expertise to implement intelligent systems that improve efficiency, education and client-facing support. She will oversee all of the firm's AI generated content, platforms and data. Susan brings experience that will improve Shelton & Steele's proprietary Client Portability Analysis, Law Firm Merger Profile and Legal MSO Assessment. 

 

When away from the office

Off the clock, Susan can be found taking long walks with her dog, doing yoga, meditating, or taking road trips. She loves to explore new cities, experience new cultures, meet new people. She is an avid follower of Healthy Living podcasts. And she loves to cook: for herself, for neighbors, or for her dog.
